Here is a quite good cover of “Halo” by a small indie band from somewhere. I like it because it does away with the screamy-waily nature of the original and replaces it with a tender whiny sensibility. There’s some rubbish at the beginning, so fast forward to 1:45, which is where the song properly starts.
